Documenta Barbrism and Dingle Mary honor the late, capital-G Great Stephen Joshua Sondheim. This was one of the most difficult, and fun, episodes to record yet. There's so much to say about the endlessly rich and inventive body of work Sondheim left behind, and we'll be saying it for years to come. For now, we highlight our favorite Sondheim shows and songs (and argue over the merits of "Someone in a Tree") and share stories about how this trailblazing gay artist has changed our lives. (Beginning with the car ride home from the hospital after being born - Documenta made sure that Company was the first music Dingle ever heard!) And yes, the sex dungeon comes up.
